Reducing my medication

I am stopping my depot injection which was every two weeks and is now reduced to every three weeks and then will be reduced by dose every so often.

My Psychiatrist at the Wandsworth complex needs service and my hubbie and my GP all want me to stop it cos they can't see the benefit but I think I know that it helps me get perspective and think things through.

Also my sleep meds are messed up, I am on Zopiclone, I have been on Zolpidem and I will be back on Phennergan in a few weeks.
