Appropriate website name!

Today I had been really struggling with BACS (Bank clearing), feeling as if I was hitting my head against a brick wall and not being listened to. I was then asked to send my files to files@i-sware.com! If I rearrange the last three letters that is just how I, though normally moderate in my language, feel! I do feel that interSoftware should have thought a little before opting for that domain name!
